Every plate sheet, every bolt and every electrode entering our production line is registered in the system with a unique tracking number. In this way, even ten years later, we can report in seconds which casting the material in one of our equipment came from or which welder it was assembled by.

Welding Quality (wps/wpqr)
Welding quality is vital in pressure vessel manufacturing. All welding operations within Bakar Makina are carried out according to pre-approved WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) documents. Our welding method tests (WPQR) are approved by independent organizations (TÜV, Turkish Lloyd, etc.).
