Process Design & P&id
01. Discipline
The foundation of every project is laid with a correct process design. Our expert engineers simulate the efficiency of the process starting with Mass & Energy Balance calculations. Flow diagrams (PFD) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) are prepared according to international standards (ISA). At this stage, equipment sizing, pipe diameters, and control valve selections are meticulously made.

Mechanical Design & Analysis
02. Discipline
Pressure vessels, reactors, and heat exchangers are designed according to ASME Sec VIII Div.1/2 and EN 13445 standards. Mechanical strength calculations are performed using PV Elite and similar software. Additionally, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is applied for critical equipment to simulate behavior under thermal and mechanical stresses beforehand.

Automation & Scada
03. Discipline
We offer fully integrated automation solutions compliant with Industry 4.0 principles. We provide process control with world-leading PLC systems like Siemens and Allen Bradley. Our SCADA systems offer operators real-time process monitoring, Data Logging, and analysis capabilities. Standardization in production is achieved through recipe management and batch process control.

Process Safety
04. Discipline
Safety is part of the design in high-risk facilities. Potential risks are identified through HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) studies. Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) suitable for the SIL (Safety Integrity Level) are selected. Equipment and installation design for explosive atmospheres is carried out in accordance with ATEX directives.

Filtration & Separation
05. Discipline
Separation is one of the most important stages determining product quality in chemical and food processes. We offer solid-liquid and liquid-liquid separation solutions with centrifuges, press filters, membrane systems, and custom-designed separators. The most efficient filtration method is determined by laboratory tests according to product characteristics.

Recovery Systems
06. Discipline
We install waste heat and solvent recovery facilities for sustainability and cost efficiency. We minimize operating costs by recovering valuable chemicals from process waste (e.g., solvent recovery) or recovering waste heat into the system. Environmentally friendly and economic solutions are the focus of our engineering.
